We had many theme weeks this fall, starting with pumpkin week. Our pumpkin theme began at the pumpkin patch. On a super cold, sleeting day we went to pick out pumpkins. All the kids carved pumpkins. Each one liked a different part. Kenzie, Natalie, and Joshua liked pulling the guts out but Alex, Aric, and Sean liked that part the least. Lana, Keirstyn, Sean, Aric, and Evan like the carving part while the Alex, Natalie, Joshua, and Kenzie lost interest quickly since they could not do the carving by themselves. Lana and Keirstyn carved Christmas scenes and Sean, Aric, and Evan carved jack-o-larntern and Alex helped carve a christian pumpkin poem pumpkin.
